Vintage Summerbank Black and White Pottery Cat
This is as much as I can find about Cooper Craft - They were made by the Summerbank Pottery company of Stoke on Trent and it ceased trading in 2001; the original company started in 1958.
This is a gorgeous black and white cat with intense green eyes and a pink nose. There is a label stuck to its side, but its previous owner seems to have coloured it over in black (see photo) which is actually preferable to peeling it off and throwing it away! I can find no chips, cracks or crazing.

Nowadays too many items are defined as something they're not, so as we were told if you find something you like or mayhap even love, then buy it. Your choice - it's too late when they’re gone.

Most items in this section are pre-loved so will have some wear in one form or another. All the items and their conditions have been described as accurately as possible. The photographs are part of those descriptions. Many have never been used ‘new’ but are years old.
Please keep coming back as most of the items are from my own family collections and I have so much which needs to be parted with. it will take a while for me to put them all on here. Some of them are payment on Collection due to their 'pre-loved' condition or weight. Why not come and see them?
